About the Business
I teach on a Tuesday evening 19:00 to 20:30 at the drama hall, Cranbourne business and enterprise college, Wessex close, RG21 3PH.
The class is run by the Sukha yoga club. This Hatha class has been running in basingstoke since the 1970’s (not taught by me for all that time!).
This welcoming club has just moved from Fort hill school and now has space for new members.
Beginners and experienced yogi’s welcome.

Classes
I teach Hatha Yoga classes classes in Basingstoke. My style is hatha based with scaravelli influence. This means that we work into postures gently and within the bodys limits. Some postures are challenging so moving with awareness allows us to exceed expectations without harming the body.
