About the Business
My yoga teaching style is practical and down-to-earth, friendly and relaxed. I teach yoga using the body, breath and mindfulness, introducing yoga postures step-by-step and maintaining a close link with your breath throughout the practice. Viniyoga uses precision and alignment along with flowing movements and encourages a meditative approach to your yoga practice. I will support you to explore challenges to your own level, offering options during each class which you can take when you feel ready. Yoga is for everyone, no matter what your level of experience or fitness, size or shape. I apply the tools and techniques of yoga to suit your situation and have worked across the health spectrum from Olympic athletes to those with limited mobility and numerous health issues.
