Discover Yoga was established in 2001 by Rachel Bean and is now based in Winchester, Hampshire, UK Trained to highest standard British Wheel of Yoga, Birthlight perinatal, Sivananda and Howard Kent's yoga for health. Offering group and one to one sessions in hatha yoga, pregnancy yoga and baby massage in our comfortable and fully equipped studio in central Winchester. We are dedicated to teaching traditional hatha yoga, there are no fancy variations, just the pure form, simply because it works. Class sizes are maximum 8 people to provide quality teaching and supervision at all times.
