About the Business
I'm a ask to many questions'er, a yer but what if I did'er, I'm a show me the evidence yogi, a dust away other's sand prints and make your own path kind of women. I know people, I love people. I know yoga, I love yoga. Not just the suger covered bliss bits, the parts of the yoga path's that really ask you to dig deep, to ultimately teach you to lose yourself and find yourself in a new way. I'm interested in showing up, you and me, and just gifting enough time to ourselves to explore, to create to get inspired.
After 12 years of doing just that all I can say is that there is always another chapter, another sequel to your prequel. I know stuff, I know myself and I continue to be dedicated to sharing real life yoga philosopgy, yoga practices and together living a full and peaceful yoga inspired life both on and off the mat ego free. Ro: I have built Free Soul Yoga on the principle of Dana, which means the act of giving, and Seva, the devotion to service.
