About the Business
Sasha has been a student of Yogacharya B.K.S Iyengar since 1971. At the age of 16yrs she was the youngest member to join the first Iyengar Yoga Teachers Training course run by Silva Mehta in Paddington, London where she also attended the annual classes given by B.K.S himself when he would visit England before his own Yoga institute in Pune was established. In 1975 she attended the opening ceremony of the RIMYI (Ramamani Iyengar Yoga Institute) in Pune, India and the accompanying 3 week yoga Intensive. SInce then she has never looked back and has attended classes most years with the Iyengars in Pune.
