About the Business
Love sunshine yoga comes to life from two of my biggest passions: My daughter and Yoga. I've been practising yoga from my teenage years but only when i became a mother i decided to share this knowledge. I wanted to have a lovely way of bonding and having fun together and what better way than doing it through something i enjoy and makes me happy. Children have a way of helping adults reconnect with their inner child, they are full of love and joy, they brighten up my day just like the sunshine. I feel very grateful to be able to work with them, laugh together, have fun and learn from them.
