Yoga can help you reach whatever goals you are aiming for, whether it's a healthier lifestyle, a more energetic and happier you or a better connection between body and mind. MY-YOGA is the door to the change you are after. In our fun and informal classes we combine the traditional Hatha static postures with a dynamic element that creates vitality and spontaneity, we use "micro-movements" - as originated by David Sye, Yoga Elder - and "tuning your body" techniques to open the body and accommodate all levels of fitness and ability.
What happens in a MY-YOGA class? We practice asanas that build stamina and at the same time allow us to watch what's going on with our body. Music usually helps us take the journey further, we are engaging all our senses creating vitality and joy both physical and mental. Each class ends with pranayama and final relaxation.
