About the Business
I first started practising yoga as a form of exercise. I quickly found, however, that there was so much more to it than just the physical benefits. My whole perspective on life shifted, my principles developed and my spirituality formed. As I became more interested in the philosophy of yoga and Buddhism I began to understand yoga 'exercises' as being far more than a just a form of fitness. While they are physically rewarding they also allow you to let go of the constant chatter of the mind, pent up emotions and frustrations and to listen to something deeper; your heart. In my experience this allows a sense of peace to infuse your body, for instincts to sharpen and kindness to radiate. The only thing I intend for my students is they leave their class feeling lighter both physically and mentally'. I qualified as a yoga teacher in Australia, Byron Bay (www.yogaarts.com.au) in 2005.
