About the Business
Located in the Abacus Ark Nursery, OM River Yoga offers a variety of yoga classes for both experienced and new yogis alike. By sharing our love and passion for the ancient practice of yoga, we hope to create a refuge and safe-haven for the active community of Wandsworth. We ask that all students pre-register for classes to help us plan ahead. There is car parking on Smugglers Way and Osiers Road, a two minute walk from the studio, and bikes can be parked right outside our door on the bike racks.
DO I NEED TO BRING A MAT? We have loaner mats, but as we are a young seed, we cannot always provide one for everyone. If you have your own mat, please bring it. Anything that you are comfortable bending and twisting in. Be mindful of wearing anything too loose, as it might ride up' and prove to be a distraction. No shoes or socks. Let the instructor know prior to class starting - make sure your doctor has cleared you to practice yoga.
