Shine Yoga founder and yoga teacher Jennifer Austin teaches a dynamic fusion of Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga creating exciting, flowing, original classes with careful sequencing in a joyful atmosphere. Known for her ability to break down challenging poses to make them more accessible, offering something creative and different in every class, providing illuminating assists and smiling through the most challenging of core work she encourages you to be courageous and let your light SHINE.
She travelled to the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, a holy city on the banks of the Ganges in India to study traditional Hatha Yoga and gain her 200hr RYT certification at Rishikesh Yog Peeth.
After her teacher training she continued to teach and practice whilst traveling the world and experiencing many different styles and methods of yoga - Hatha and Ashtanga yoga in India, Vinyasa Flow in Sri Lanka, Iyengar in the Caribbean and Anusara in Thailand.
