About the Business
Solaris Yoga was founded in 2015 by Dr Shilpa Kulkarni. Solaris Yoga is situated in Plymouth, ideally located for students living in Plymouth, Tavistock, Ivebridge, Totnes, Wembury and around. Classes are small enough to ensure personal attention and large enough to create an inspiring group energy. Students of all levels are welcome, from beginners to more advanced practitioners. No need of prior yoga experience. We understand that practicing yoga is a life-long adventure of changing circumstances, exploring possibilities and generally leading a healthier life.
As such we strive to inspire a wonderful Yoga experience for every student. She has started her yoga training from primary school and fallowed award wining performance in yoga competition in secondary school. The essence of the Bhagavad Gita is to connect with our true inner Self. For her, yoga is a way of life and she is passionate about sharing this with her students.
