As Fife's first yoga studio, Synergy Yoga & Therapy Centre, is dedicated to offering you a blend of tools and techniques to promote your health and well-being potential and make a difference in your life. From yoga and pilates classes to relaxing therapies such as Hot Stone Massage and Shiatsu and Remedial therapies. All therapists and teachers who work from Synergy are appropriately qualified and insured practitioners. We aim to offer a wide range of therapies/classes to all ages and stages of life in our community, whilst acting as a resource for local services within public, voluntary and private sectors. We view ourselves as partners; working with staff, clients, our community and our environment.
