To others it may simply be a system of exercise, or way to relax after a stressful day. We offer a number of different types of logo classes to cater to the. We would like to welcome you to our Yoga Studio in Central Windsor. Lovely purpose built premises, with studio space for a maximum of 18 students making it a very friendly and intimate setting for your yoga practice.
We have underfloor heating, mirrored walls and plenty of nearby public parking. At the Yoga for Harmony studio we encompass several different styles of yoga, tai-chi and pilates, but we specialise in traditional Hatha Yoga. Our tutors are all fully qualified within their particular school or discipline. Tutors aim to arrive about 10 minutes prior to class start times, so if you arrive early please don't be alarmed if the door is locked!
