Janine Noblett is a registered and qualified IYENGAR Yoga instructor. Janine has trained with senior Iyengar Yoga teachers and continues to improve and develop her knowledge and skills today at workshops and conventions.
I started Yoga 10 years ago after a car crash which left me in severe pain and discomfort. I tried lots of different styles of Yoga before falling in love with the Iyengar methods. Iyengar allowed my body to repair and become stronger, reducing my back and neck pain and also improving my movement. I got my life back. Iyengar improved my physical and mental wellbeing and my overall outlook on life. After a class I felt calm and more positive. After qualifying in 2009 I now enjoy passing on and introducing the Iyengar Yoga methods to others.
