About the Business

Vinyasa-flow yoga, focuses on combination of deep breath with the flow of the postures, including core strength and flexibility. A fast paced and dynamic class to make you sweat. Expect sun salutations, standing sequence, followed by backbends and inversion to get you energised. You will end up feeling strong, calm, positive and your relaxation at the end will leave you peaceful and reinvigorated. Ashtanga is an athletic flow combining strength, flexibility and stamina for a complete practice.

Ruby will be teaching the Ashtanga primary series. The pace of the classes will be strong and dynamic, for those who enjoy an energy boost! They are open level, so variations and modifications will be provided for students at any stage in their practice. Ruby places a huge emphasis on play, fun and simply enjoying the exploration of the body in a safe, non-competitive environment. Daniela has been teaching yoga for past 3 years.
