About the Business
Meeta lives with her family in Southampton. She is a keen cook and enjoys feeding her family as well as anyone who comes to her house. Giving is in her inner nature and those people who know her often feel inspired by being in her company. These personal positive qualities have been enhanced by her many years of yoga practice. Meeta is actively involved in charity work in the local Southampton community and abroad. She has recently returned from India where she helped a local village build a well so they could have clean drinking water.
Regular Yoga practice has the power to change our outlook on life. It can create a sense of happiness deep within and this happiness is expressed through positive actions towards ourselves and others. The positive energy developed through Yoga practice can benefit the lives of those around us, our colleagues at work and members of our family. Meeta has developed a personal motto that says; "Yoga makes the impossible possible".
